Key Tasks: 

1. Lead  drug discovery and development projects from discovery through early  clinical stages.

2. Develop and implement effective target identification, prioritization, and  validation strategies; review, propose, initiate, and implement new preclinical drug discovery and development programs in immuno-oncology, immuneinflammation,  and related fields.

3. Collaborate with CROs and academic partners; utilize cutting-edge in vitro and in vivo animal and human models to advance drug discovery and development programs through and including IND applications.

4. Collaborate with other departments, including clinical, to support clinical research. Lead project team meetings and provide updates to senior management.

5. Draft or oversee the preparation of patent applications and regulatory documents, including guiding team members.

6. Assist in completing other internal tasks and fulfill additional responsibilities   as assigned by management.

Requirements:

1. Ph.D. or postdoctoral training/research experience in molecular biology, immunology, or related biological disciplines; 3-10 years of experience in      biologics or small molecule drug development.

2. OR Bachelor's or Master's degree in molecular biology, immunology, or related biological disciplines; 10-20 years of experience in biologics or small      molecule drug R&D.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience leading drug discovery projects in biopharmaceutical companies (biologics and/or small molecules).

2. Demonstrated independent critical thinking and scientific achievement in research, exemplified by publications in major journals.

3. Deep expertise  in immunology, oncology, and molecular and cellular biology.

4. Experience with in vivo models for immune-related diseases, inflammation, and oncology.

5. Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and team spirit; strong integrity with a high sense of responsibility and commitment.

6. Strong professional English communication capabilities (verbal & written). 

7.Strong English writing proficiency and the ability to read, analyze, and synthesize scientific literature effectively.
