Project Manager |
Key Tasks: 1. Manage full-cycle projects: Plan development, milestone monitoring, resource allocation, and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery. 2. Standardized Document Management: Responsible for the organization, archiving, and version control of project documentation, including contracts, reports, and meeting minutes. 3. Cross-Departmental Resource Integration: Collaborate with administrative, financial, and other departments to coordinate budget approval processes, procurement procedures, and expense reimbursement processes. 4. External Relationship Management: Manage supplier contract execution, deliverable acceptance, and partnership maintenance; participate in developing supplier evaluation systems and continuously optimize external partnerships processes.
Requirements: 1. Education and Background: Bachelor's degree or higher, with preference for pharmaceutical sciences, biotechnology, or medical-related fields. 2. Core Competencies: o Professional Knowledge: Understanding of basic drug development processes and familiarity with concepts such as Investigational New Drug (IND) applications and clinical trials. Experience collaborating with CROs or managing pharmaceutical projects preferred. o Detail Orientation: Proficiency in establishing standardized processes with rigorous standards for document management and data traceability. o Stress Management: Ability to adapt to fast-paced, multitasking work environments. o Communication Skills: Proven ability to coordinate between technical and support teams in fast-paced environments. |
